Mechanism

Activity is the asset.

How Furnace turns engine work into a weekly HYPE distribution for stakers, and what you can verify at each step.

Furnace flowKeepers send operations to FurnaceEngine, which trades and provides liquidity on Elysium pools. Realized HYPE is swept to the Distributor, which also receives external and treasury inflows. Each epoch the Distributor sends 80 percent of engine and external revenue plus all treasury contributions to FurnaceStaking, and 20 percent to the Furnace treasury. FurnaceStaking streams each allocation to xFURNACE holders over seven days. Staked HYPE moves only between your wallet and FurnaceStaking, one to one.ENGINE PATHKeeperFurnace-run · pays gasFurnaceEngineOperation eventsElysium poolsAMM venuesoperation txswaps · liquidityREVENUE PATHrealized HYPE · SweptOther inflowsexternal · treasuryDistributorReceived · DistributedFurnace treasurykeeper gas · opslabeled by sender20% of revenue80% engine + external, 100% treasury contributioneach Monday 00:00 UTC · distribute()FurnaceStakingissues xFURNACExFURNACE holderspro rata, per second7-day streamPRINCIPAL PATH · NEVER TOUCHES THE ENGINEYour walletHYPEstake 1:1withdraw 1:1FurnaceStaking HYPE balance ≥ xFURNACE supply at all times. 01

The engine works

Keepers run by Furnace submit operations to FurnaceEngine: quote maintenance, liquidity rebalancing and opportunistic arbitrage across Elysium pools. Each operation has a market trigger: a stale quote, misplaced inventory, or a price gap wider than gas plus fees.

Every operation emits Operation(id, kind, pool, …). Keepers pay gas in HYPE. Gas is a cost, and the dashboard shows it next to revenue.

02

Revenue is realized

Engine revenue is arbitrage spread plus fees earned by Furnace's liquidity positions, realized in HYPE and swept from FurnaceEngine to the Distributor.

The Distributor labels every inflow by sender: engine, external (any other sender, including any chain-side builder payments that reach a Furnace contract) or treasury contribution. The contract sets the label from msg.sender, not from caller input.

03

The weekly split

Each epoch runs from Monday 00:00 UTC to the next Monday. After an epoch closes, anyone can call distribute(). The split is set once, in the Distributor constructor, and no one can change it afterwards.

to stakers = 80% × (engine + external inflows)
            + 100% × treasury contributions
to treasury = 20% × (engine + external inflows)

The treasury share pays for keeper gas and operations.

04

Streaming to stakers

FurnaceStaking pays each allocation out evenly over the next 7 days, every second, pro rata to xFURNACE balances. Staking just before an allocation and leaving just after earns only the seconds you were staked.

Claim any time. Accrued HYPE has no claim deadline.

05

Your principal stays put

Staked HYPE sits in FurnaceStaking and moves only between you and that contract, 1:1. It is never sent to the engine, lent out or used as inventory.

Invariant: the HYPE balance of FurnaceStaking is always at least the xFURNACE supply. The dashboard checks it on every read.

06

Every step is on-chain

Operations, sweeps, inflows, splits, allocations and claims are all contract events. The dashboard reads them, and the dashboard guide shows you how to check every number yourself.

Elysium context

The chain, not our income.

These are public design facts about Elysium. They describe how the chain works. They are not Furnace revenue, and nothing here estimates any.

  • Elysium is an Arbitrum Orbit chain built by Kinetiq. It uses HYPE for gas and settles to HyperEVM.
  • Kinetiq has announced that Elysium sequencer fees are split roughly 50% to KNTQ buybacks, 25% to builders whose contracts consume blockspace, and 25% to the Kinetiq treasury.
  • Kinetiq has not published how the builder share is calculated or paid.
  • Furnace distributions are a share of Furnace protocol revenue. They are not sequencer-fee payments and Furnace claims no arrangement with Kinetiq.
  • If a builder payment ever reaches a Furnace contract, it arrives at the Distributor as an external inflow, shown on its own line and traced to the paying transaction.
Claims discipline

What Furnace does not say.

  • No yield figure. No APR, APY, projection or minimum. Past distributions only.
  • No sequencer-fee story.Distributions are protocol revenue share, not rebates.
  • No partnership claim.Furnace builds on Elysium and speaks only for itself.
  • No activity for its own sake.Every engine operation has a market trigger.
